Behmor 2000 Coffee Roaster

Of the Big Three of Bean Indigo’s recommended drum roasters for home use, the Behmor 2000 is the most affordable. With the lower price tag comes reduced levels of control but in this case the 5 pre-programmed roast profiles do a good job covering the breadth of varietals, prep types and extraction objectives. Any variences are at least partly moderated with the multi-speed, adjustments on the fly feature.

The product design is less fashion forward but slots in well with most domestic kitchen aesthetics. If you are relatively new to the roasting game and are not aiming to go pro any time soon, the Behmor 2000 (and 2000 AB Plus) is a great option straight out of the box.
